What areas are available for delivery?
ColumbusTake-Out.com delivers throughout the Columbus and Phenix City areas, as well as Cataula and Fortson. Columbus Take-out currently does not deliver to Ft. Benning. Corporate orders made in advance are available outside of these areas and are arranged a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online at ColumbusTake-Out.com or corporate parties can call 706.289.7211 to place an order with one of our customer service representatives.
How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We usually quote between 45 minutes to an hour for deliveries. Please allow 2 hours for grocery delivery since we actually have to shop for your order. Corporate orders should be placed a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?
There is a $3.99 delivery charge per restaurant for all orders. There is a $4.99 delivery charge for groceries.
There is a $10.00 minimum food total for all orders.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. All debit and credit card payments are processed through PayPal.
Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes, you can order from multiple restaurants. We do require that you meet the $10.00 minimum order and pay the $3.99 delivery fee for each restaurant.
Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery hub or zone?
Delivery hubs are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious.
How do I know that my online order has been placed?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed online.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call 706.289.7211 and a customer service representative will assist you.
Is gratuity for the driver included in my order? Gratuity is not included. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter. We suggest tipping the driver just like you would a server in a restaurant.
Is my coupon to (restaurant name) valid to use with ColumbusTake-Out?
No. Only ColumbusTake-Out.com coupons are valid with our delivery orders.
